We usually ship out goods the following day after we receive clearance of payment from our bank. In the event that there is a delay with clearance of payment, then the goods shall only be despatched once the bank confirms the money has reflected into our bank account. Orders are only processed MONDAY to FRIDAY.
Motokey does not operate a delivery service but rather makes use of a Courier company (The Courier Guy) or the SOUTH AFRICAN POST OFFICE and therefore we cannot guarantee the services of the chosen delivery method whether it be a courier or post office as this is beyond our control. We shall therefore not be held liable for and delays / loss / damages arising from the use of these third party delivery services whether it be caused by STRIKES, Hijacking, Theft, Accidents or any other reason whatsoever.
Once your order has been processed you shall receive a tracking number. It is the duty of the client to follow up on his / her order and the whereabouts of the goods. The tracking can be done on the following websites:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the goods back to us for a refund. Unfortunately Courier / Post charges are not refundable and only the purchase price is refundable. All goods returned must be in unused / uncut / unprogrammed condition unless otherwise agreed so. We reserve the right not to refund if we receive the goods in a condition whereby it is not the same as when we supplied it. Goods from the BARGAIN BOX and CLEARANCE items may not be returned or exchanged unless otherwise agreed to by arrangements.
